Rutts Rascal is a mix of West Country bitter sweet cider apples with sharp dessert fruit giving a good balanced mix of tannin and acid providing a unique taste. Rutts Rascal is a small-batch crafted product made only from fresh pressed apples. Variable growing conditions and cropping provide Rutts Rascal with a new flavour profile each year, but always to the same quality. The flavour is enhanced by the use of wild yeasts which provide a long slow fermentation. No sub-micron filtering so none of the flavours have been stripped out and some natural sediment may occur. Rutts Reserve is made with a blend of Somerset Redstreak and local eating varieties of apple. This combination produces a mild cider with a clean taste and soft tannins with a hint of acidity to balance the tannins from the Redstreak. With the sweetness level just above dry you are able to taste the full fruitiness of this old English cider variety. The flavour is enhanced by the use of wild yeasts which provide a long slow fermentation. No sub-micron filtering so none of the flavours have been stripped out and some natural sediment may occur. 6.9%
Rutts Redstreak is a single variety cider made exclusively from Somerset Redstreak apples, an old Somerset apple, with medium tannins and low acids. Wild yeasts were which give a long slow fermentation and give a depth of flavour not achieved with commercial yeast. Some natural sediment may be present. 6.4%

Rutts Browns is made from 100% fresh pressed Browns apples. Browns apples are a Sharp cider apple, originating in the 1800’s in Devon. Browns make a slightly scented sharp cider, fresh and clean with a good aroma. No water is added to our Browns cider so what you are getting is 100% fresh pressed apples, slowly fermented with the natural yeast found in the orchard.
